Getting your order to you safely and on time is our priority. Here’s what you can expect when you shop with Webberrshop.
Processing Time
Every order goes through a quick quality check before it leaves our facility. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all physical addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. We hope to expand our reach soon.
Carriers & Delivery
We partner with reliable national carriers—such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS—to deliver your package. The carrier is automatically selected for each order based on your location and package size, ensuring the most efficient delivery. You can typically expect delivery within 3–5 business days from the date your order ships.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
Tracking
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use it to follow your package’s journey right to your door.
