How We Ship Your Order
We process and ship orders exclusively within the United States. Our goal is to get your purchase to you as quickly and securely as possible, with full transparency at every step.
Order Processing
Every order is handled with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and pack your items before shipment. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday or during weekends will begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once your package leaves our facility. We partner with leading national carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier for your order is selected based on your delivery address and package specifications—this helps ensure the most efficient and reliable delivery route.
Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your package’s journey and get real‑time delivery updates from the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories. If you are outside these areas, we regret that we cannot process your order at this moment.
